TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Terms

• By visiting and using The Post Box, you agree to adhere to our Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change at our discretion.

•The Post Box reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms or displays inappropriate behaviour.
 

2. Bookings

• All bookings, including reservations for tables, events, and sports simulator sessions, must be made through our booking partner, Memsec (https://www.memsecepos.co.uk).

•Bookings are subject to availability, and The Post Box reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings if necessary. We will notify customers of any changes as soon as possible.

•To secure a booking, customers must provide valid contact information, including a phone number and email address, through the Memsec system.

•By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments for bookings, including deposits, are processed through Memsec and must be completed at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

•Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or in cases of cancellation by The Post Box due to unforeseen circumstances.

•Any outstanding balances must be settled before or upon arrival at The Post Box.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel or reschedule their bookings by contacting The Post Box directly or through the Memsec system.

•Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalties. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits.

•The Post Box reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, safety concerns). In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled booking or a full refund of any payments made.

5. Refunds

• Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with our policy will be processed within 7-10 business days.

•Refunds are not provided for any unused time during bookings or due to dissatisfaction with services that fall within expected parameters.

6. Memberships

• Memberships to The Post Box include benefits such as discounts and priority access, and are non-transferable.

•Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by The Post Box.

7. Food & Drink Policy

• Outside food and drink are not permitted on the premises. All food and beverages must be purchased from The Post Box.

•The Post Box reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals displaying excessive intoxication or disruptive behaviour.

8. Age Restrictions

• Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Age restrictions may apply to certain events or areas within the venue.

9. Liability & Responsibility

• The Post Box is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.

• All customers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly. The Post Box is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred due to reckless behaviour.

 

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• The Post Box reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
